WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO HIRE A VEHICLE?
The minimum age requirement is 25 for most vehicles, in some cases, selected models require the driver to be 28.
ARE THERE MILEAGE LIMITS IN PLACE FOR EACH HIRE?
No, Unlimited mileage applies within the island of Ireland. Subject to our fair usage policy.
IS FUEL INCLUDED AS PART OF THE HIRE AGREEMENT?
Fuel is not included as part of the hire. When delivered, the car will have a full tank of fuel. At the end of the hire period, the car must be returned with the same level of fuel. In the event that this does not happen, you will be billed for the missing fuel at the rate outlined in your rental agreement.
CAN HIRED VEHICLES BE TAKEN ABROAD?
No, this option may be available in the future, but currently vehicle hire is available only on the island of Ireland.
WHEN WILL THE PRE AGREED HIRE PAYMENT BE TAKEN?
The hire cost is usually deducted a 48 hours before the hire date. However, at exceptionally busy times such as the run up to Bank Holiday weekends, we may process the payment a few days beforehand.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT AND EXCESS FEE?
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total hire price will be taken at the time of booking the vehicle with the remaining balance due 48 hours before the vehicle is due to go out on hire. Payments are accepted by credit and debit card. You will also be liable for the vehicle’s insurance excess with regard to damage to the vehicle or theft of the vehicle. This amount is authorised on your card, and is usually processed 48 hours before the hire.
CAN I USE ANOTHER PERSONS CARD TO PAY FOR THE DEPOSIT AND EXCESS?

DO WE OFFER A COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER ?
No, our insurance excess’ are set amounts and we don’t offer a waiver, reduction or discount on the fee.
WHAT ARE THE BASIC DRIVERS LICENCE REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY AS A CLIENT ?
Any potential customers need to have held their full drivers licence for 2 years or more, no more than 6 points currently on their licence and all disqualifications have to be cleared for a minimum of 5 years.
IF THE HIRER MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS, CAN THE ADDITIONAL DRIVER BE YOUNGER ?
No, the age requirements apply to all drivers.
